1. Select the product you want to purchase
Once you have decided on the product you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. It will be added to your shopping cart.
2. Proceed to purchase procedure (proceed to checkout)
Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button from the "Current Cart Contents" page or "Cart Contents" at the top right of the screen.
The contents of your cart will be displayed.
3. Perform purchase procedures (accounting)
Follow the cart instructions to determine "purchaser information", "delivery address information", "payment method", etc.
4. You will receive a confirmation email
You will receive an email with your purchase details.
5.The product will arrive

cash on delivery
The company uses Yamato Transport.
The cash on delivery fee is as follows. The cash on delivery fee will be determined according to the total payment amount (product cost + shipping fee + cash on delivery fee).

You can use Yamato Transport cash on delivery.
Payment methods (cash on delivery, credit card payment upon delivery, electronic money payment upon delivery)
The maximum amount for cash on delivery is up to 300,000 yen.

The only credit card payment companies that can be used are VISA, MASTER, and JCB.
Registration for "3D Secure (Credit Card Identity Authentication Service)" is required.
If 3D Secure is not used, the order will be canceled.
You will be required to enter the security code.
We support split and revolving payments.
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after placing an order due to customer convenience.
If the product is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product using the contact information listed below.
We will contact you separately regarding the return method.
In this case, we will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
  • Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days.
  • Products that have been processed or damaged by the customer.
