Is there a second-hand warranty?
Yes, we do. We also provide a warranty on used products.

How is delivery handled?
We ship both domestically and internationally. Please refer to our " Shipping Policy " for details. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to force majeure such as weather, natural disasters, and traffic conditions. We ask for your understanding.
Are there any points to note regarding the condition of second-hand products?

We generally do not include information on "dust, tiny mold, extremely thin haze" that are not considered to affect photography.
For products that state that "All parts have been confirmed to be working," we have determined that there are no problems with normal photography.
However, since this is a used item, there may be some slight imperfections or errors, such as:
- Shutter speed
- Charge lever feel
- Exposure accuracy, etc.
Please consider the above.
What is the warranty coverage?

If a malfunction occurs within the warranty period, please contact us.
We will replace it with an equivalent product, refund you, or repair it.
If it is determined that the product can be repaired, we will have a repair shop designated by us repair it up to the purchase price.
